Always the hotel we choose to stay at. Breakfast was good. Many choices. Breakfast room often very crowded as shared between other Yasmak hotels. Beds very comfortable but a little low to the floor. My husband struggled to stand up. Cleaning staff of room wonderful, very friendly. Front reception staff not as friendly as previous visits. Enjoyed bar area with friend on two occasions. Wellness Spa, Pools not as warm as promoted but enjoyed a massage from Susie.
Location is good. Tram is at the end of street but ticket machine only took cash. I was unable to access cash from any ATM with a card as options only available as cardless or thru a QR code, but machines would revert to Turkish. Other machines did not have an English option. A local restauranter couldn’t even help. So maybe bring cash, some places would not take card.. Husband would have liked bed to be a little higher..

Super amazing hotel.. The hotel was the best i have ever stay.
From the first time we entry the hotel was perfect. Brekfast is so PERFECT and dinner to, and service is amazing. I cant say enything bad abote this hotel. I just know i will 100% come back to this hotel when I come istanbul. No other hotel🙈❤️. .

Still happy with overall. Location. The pool was cold and they charge you for swimming hat €2, you have to pay €10 to use sauna which is not reasonable.

Absolutely okay!. Very good Hotel with Kind helpful people. Everywhere is clean in the facility and everybody is helpful and friedly. The point is optimal, you can not find a better location in the City because you can arrive every hotspot wirh no Problem. Mattress and pillows are very comfortable.. .

Great accommodation in the historical area. Great location in the middle of a central historical district. Few minutes walk and you can reach all the major sights in Sultanahmet. Very nice design with traditional Turkish ornaments. I recommend booking a room with a view over the Marmara, it’s really beautiful.. .

Perfect hotel, with perfect location and we will definitely come back. Everything was perfect.. The room was perfect and beautiful with magnificent view on the mosque. Also the staff were very helpful and nice.. Even though the wellness was perfect, it was little bit cold when you came out of the pool..
