We often stay in this hotel, everytime we are satisfied with the service and support provided.. Location, cleanliness of hotel, staff very experienced. Choice of breakfast was amazing. Internet was very fast and available everywhere in the hotel.. there are n bad comments.

Great kids entertainment. Mini club was excellent specially with Jasmine was amazing and hard working with the kids.. Amazing kids entertainment and very dedicated staff, Jasmine made our stay pleasant by entertaining our child through mini club and mini disco.

Good family hotel. Would go there again. We are family of four. 2 adults and 2 kids (age 6 and 4). We have spent 12 days in Barut Goia and enjoyed our stay.
Rooms were clean, all the facilities were provided.
The hotel has everything what families are wishing for. Our kids enjoyed pool, kids club, activities, shows, and mini disco.
Spa was clean, and relaxing. We used SPA three times. Mehmet was very friendly and helpful.
Restaurants were full of food. I still have to burn gained 3 extra kilos during the stay :) Özcan was very friendly and helpful.
During our stay in the hotel Gunesh was very friendly, helpful and skillful in everything. From making drinks to making sugar candies, from making pop corn to making nargile( waterpipe) . Our kids loved her and despite being busy she was always kind and engaging with them. Big thanks to her for making our stay better.
Pool was clean. We enjoyed both pool and water slides.
Kids club were doing their best to engage kids :)
Our kids made a new friend from entertainment team Yasemin. Big thanks to her .. All the shows were very loud. Not for kids’ ears. Mini disco was loud. I notified hotel but didn’t see result .
Some of the entertainments (like balloon making, bubble making) had no interaction with kids. They put so much effort for making nice show but no interaction…..

Superb. I liked more or less everything. The hotel is new and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Buffet was rich. and we enjoyed kids program in the evening. It's a family friendly hotel.. There are just 2 things which I didn't like: lack of seafood in the buffet and glasses for water and juice were often poorly washed by dishwasher..

Brilliant holiday and absolutely excellent staff, facilities and food!. Really nice, clean, and modern hotel that whilst the pictures don’t show is actually split over two accommodation blocks which have their own pools and are separated by the entrance driveway.. Being split into two accommodation blocks, it is easy to be forgotten about by the entertainment staff etc if you are housed on the non-water slide side.
