Exceptional. Really impressed with the new feel hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, with a lot of different choices. Bed was comfortable. Really happy week. Thanks.. .

Linda &Phil .UK. We have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Payava Hotel . It was our first Holiday in Kalkan having stayed in different areas of Turkey before. We found this hotel to be the best overall that we have stayed in taking into account the walking distance to bars /restaurants along with the quality, the cleanliness of the room. the room itself with balcony and the friendliness of all the staff. we would definitely recommend this hotel and are looking forward to returning ourselves.. .

Exceptional. We originally booked a week but extended our stay for longer it was that perfect. Such a wonderful place to stay with kind care and attention from all the staff. We stayed in the King Suite which had amazing views across the sea, watching the sun set every night. Our room felt like home and the bed was so comfortable - it's rare to sleep this good. We went swimming every day in the heated pool. We also loved the breakfast, one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had. Overall we can't recommend Payava Hotel enough, I think we've found our new winter get away and hope to stay again very soon.. .

Great stay at the excellent Payava hotel. We have just spent 10 nights at the beautiful Payava hotel Our room was spacious, bed super comfortable. We were on the third floor. Lovely balcony but next time I’d opt for the 2nd floor as their balconies had super comfortable chairs. Breakfast - great selection. Most mornings we had poached eggs and an omelette to accompany the breakfast. Coffee was excellent. Dedicated team of staff at breakfast and lunch, who continually provided a fantastic service. Had lunch a couple of times throughout our stay and again the quality of food was very high. Housekeeping - the team that serviced our room throughout our stay were top notch - 5 stars. Reception - the team at the front desk were very warm and welcoming. Any requests or enquiries were attended to with much warmth and grace. We booked the hotel directly and the whole experience was made so easy. Throughout our stay Neymar stood out especially from the day we checked in to the day we checked out Airport transfers - we asked the hotel to arrange these for us. Quality of vehicle and driver and price - excellent. Would definitely recommend.. .

Exceptional. Amazing hotel in a great location. Our room was very big, modern and perfectly clean. The breakfast was very good with so many choices, very fresh and healthy options as well. The pool is lovely and there are plenty of sub lounger. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The hotel is by a busy road but we didn’t find it too loud at all. Kalkan in general is quite a busy little town and the hotel is located very well.. .

Hotel was wonderful, staff great, service excellent, would like to book again for next year. The room was large and airy and very very clean.. The metal beds, they were very noisy and we had to ask the staff to come and tighten all the bolts on the bed, they stayed tight for a few days but loosened again. Should be replaced with wooden bed frames..

Great hotel with amazing views and the most helpful staff 👌🏻. Booked for 3 nights and stayed an extra 2 whilst travelling solo in Turkey. Great hotel and my room had a wonderful view. The staff are super helpful, kind and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was immense and included barista coffee. Super clean hotel, parking available and restaurant, bar and pool all great. The beach bag and gift of sage was a lovely touch. Easy to get around and visit the area around Kalkan. Thanks for a great stay! Looking forward to coming back 😊. .

Payava Hotel exceeded our expectations…. Our stay at Payava Hotel was a memorable experience, starting with the warm welcome from Bayram at the reception. Before our arrival, he promptly responded to our inquiries via WhatsApp, making us feel valued and welcome right from the start. He also arranged our airport transfers, at a reasonable cost of £65, which went smoothly. Despite facing challenges with flight cancellations, the team at Payava worked hard to ensure our comfort. Upon our late arrival, we were greeted by another staff member Neymar, who escorted us to our room. Although there was a mix-up with our reservation, resulting in a misunderstanding, which added to our bad start to the holiday, this was resolved swiftly the next day by Erdem, allowing us to relax and enjoy our holiday. From then on, the reception team, especially Neymar, was incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to address any issues we faced, including inconsistent housekeeping, which should be addressed without delay, as it lets the hotel down. On numerous occasions I’ve had to ask reception for drinking water, toilet paper, fresh towels. And this extends to the low level of cleaning within the rooms. Whenever we needed something, Neymar was quick to assist, even preparing us a meal when the kitchen was closed. His dedication truly stood out. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious variety that remained consistent throughout our stay. The restaurant staff— Sema, Sahil, and Göktan—were very friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made every morning enjoyable. Their level of hospitality is outstanding. The hotel itself is beautifully modern and intimate, lovely spacious rooms, the balcony was also a nice size, although the loungers were uncomfortable wood without cushions, as we like to have a coffee and chill on the balcony at the start and end of a day, it would have been more comfortable if the wooden loungers had cushions. A lovely pool area perfect for relaxation. While there were occasional noise disturbances from a nearby restaurant, it didn’t detract significantly from our experience. The location is convenient, about a 15/20-minute walk to town; while the walk back can be a bit challenging, taxis are readily available. Overall, Payava Hotel exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant—we would definitely return!. .

Excellent stay. Lovely room, friendly staff. Pool too cold and would have been nice to have heated.
