Beautiful Lake-view room at a very affordable price!. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the staff were amazing and made us feel special from the first to last minute! The lake view from our room was spectacular and the location of the hotel is also perfect! We were within a few minutes walk of the metro station (definitely the best way to get to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa because you miss the crazy traffic) and Dubai Marina (awesome waterfront cafes and restaurants).
Loved our stay there and will definitely be back soon!!. .

Good. We had a very nice stay here specious room with beautiful view of lake, Markets and Pharmacy were just the next door.
They have nice beach club in the palm which is a bonus point to stay here. We enjoyed the food and ambience at Indian restaurant (Rohini). .

Aslo breakfast has very good options for testy food, sitting at the terrace in the morning with veiw of lake make you eat more and more, chefs purushotam made a delicious omelette.😋. .

Total bad experince. Will not book it again for sure.. The location, only.. I had a very bad experience during my stay in the hotel, not attaining the Mövenpick expectation.
First, they did not made my room even though I put up the room cleaning sign and pressed the electronic button which caused my sleep and my family to be disturbed for one hour (12 midnight)
Secondly and immediately the next day @ 7am, noise was started from neibghour room which lasted till 12 noon. It was clear they were partying loudly. Multiple complaints raised to receptionist and manager but not resolved. Again, my sleep & convince and family were disturbed again and again.
Thirdly, a smoke smell was coming in my room for two days in a row from the bathroom. It was reported and as usual, they were pointing that my family for smoking even though I selected non smoking room and my 2 years daughter was with me! This is disrespectful in my culture to point a woman!
Fourthly, I had couple of power outage when using the iron, and the solution was to start the breaker again as per hotel representative. This lasted for two days, only then they replaced the iron.
I really did not enjoy my stay and did not like the way they were handling my complaints..
