Horrible will never go back and they lied about everything and the hotel is very dirty we had the worst vacation ever. The location was ok.. horrible, this hotel doesn’t worth to be rated 4stars, and doesn’t worth the money we spent I don’t know how it was rated, however I will never go back to this hotel for many reasons. 1st of all the staff at the reception were dishonest, in Bodrum the weather is very hot and there was no Air conditioning only the fan was working and of course it makes it worst, when we asked about the AC is not working they said ok 10 minutes the technician will come to fix it, we waited 3 days checked out and the AC never been fixed it was very hot at night and we couldn’t sleep until 5am everyday,
2nd very dirty it’s Nasty hairs everywhere floor filthy dirt everywhere and even in the drawers hairs in the closet as well very cheap no tissues you have to ask for everything.
3rd the food very poor quality and the worst thing you have to walk form the dining area to the other side of the hotel just to get water, they have home style 5gallons water bottle cooler.
I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone one wants to have fun and relaxation..

Terrible experience. We have to leave the hotel after just one night stay.. Nothing…the owner needs to make serious renovations in the entire facility.. Some furnitures in the room were broken, the toilet utilities were covered by rust, the speakers were very loud up to late in the night. The staff hardly speaks english.
The food was not of good quality..

one staff friendly to ask even for anything. I was not dare
even to ask them to bring me water. they didn’t
do anything for you. It is all exclusive but the food
