Very comfortable and pleasant. The location was excellent just off the main high street so quiet area but within a 2minute walk of Lara’s busiest street.. The breakfast was slightly limited and could of done with some more variety..

Ok for a night or two... The hotel is new and modern. The matress is very hard and not comfortable. We could barely sleep. There is no sound proof and you could hear people chatting in the hall late in night..

Superb. The hotel impressed us with the hospitality and stylish clean rooms. Location is very convenient to explore the city.. Americano and other coffee from machine are for extra charge on breakfast. Better not to offer it at all then..

Definetely No. The lady in the reception and the cleaning ladies were very kind.. Except the lady in reception who does the morning shift, majority of the staff in this hotel don’t speak or speak very little English. It is very difficult to converse with them.
We had big issues ordering taxi and getting to the airport this morning. The taxi driver took off with our luggages with no passengers in it despite us asking them to wait till the extra taxi that was ordered arrives. We requested the guy at the reception to convey it to the driver despite that we had a shock when the taxi refused to wait and took off. I repeat with none of us with our belongings in the taxi. After we said we will call the police the taxi drivers communicated and waited at some point near the airport.
I do not recommend this hotel for families..

It’s ok not wow like the pictures. Room was clean on arrival. Everyday room not clean and we had to ask for house keeping. My handbag was stolen from my room. I have reception my email in case they found it..
