Very good. It is good for the price I paid for a night through booking.com. We received a warm welcome from the staff in the reception and the gentleman (unfortunately i was not able to get the name) who assisted us to the room. Breakfast is great for a Turkish breakfast I guess. Their options are not our preference for a breakfast as Filipinos (we were looking for rice) but we got ourselves full and energized for the day. They had cereal, salad, fruits, bread, coffee and the turkish breakfast staple. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay.. Location is almost 25-min ride to the downtown kizilay. As a first time tourist in Turkey, I would say not the best location especially if you prefer walking around the area to look for a place to dine. Not much restaurants and shops to stop by or choose from. There is a mall though which is walking distance from the hotel.
