One night stay was good. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good. The day and night staff were very polite and courteous. The woman in the kitchen was very sweet
The location was fabulous. Near the tram and close to the Antalya Atatürk State Hospital. Thin walls - could hear neighbors talking throughout the night. Could hear the toilet flushing
Would be nice if staff was trained with local information regarding transportation.

Disappointing. Location near tram and center. The bathroom threshold was broken. The bathroom faucet was rusty. The pictures do not match reality. The rooms were not clean enough. I stayed twice at the hotel because it was a pre-booked reservation. The first time, the room was unbearable, but the second time it was better. The pictures on the website do not match the first room. It was the worst room, and we could hear everything from the neighbors as well. I asked for extra blankets and the reception said yes you can come down to get it I could have gotten better service for this price..

Very good. Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly, Rooms were modern, clean and tidy. Although staff didn't speak much English but they were friendly and helpful. Ahmed always smiling and ready to help.. AC in the room was very slow, so the room was very hot at night couldn't sleep..

A beautiful stay at a lovely place which we highly recommend and we will surely return to soon. The property was excellent for the price. Melissa at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful and provided us with all the support we needed. It is well located and provides excellent value for money. It has a tour operator on board, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff and the entire hotel is kept very clean. We loved all the facilities provided in the room. Even if kettle and iron is not provided in every room, you can make yourself some tea near the reception and borrow the iron from the reception. This hotel is highly recommended. Everything exceeded our expectations.
