Rude staff. The location.. I booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking one. When I asked to change, the receptionist refused and took me for an idiot, pretending that the room I got was a non-smoking one. while the staints of cigarettes on the carpet clearly proved the contrary as well as the smell of cigarettes. Furthermore, there was a non-smoking sign on some of the rooms and not on mine. The room I had did not correspond to the pictures of the room I booked. There was dust all around the bed. The man who is supposed to carry the luggage was very rude and agressive - though with his job, he should not even have to interfer with the clients. First time I saw that. After complaining to booking.com, since the receptionist did not want to do anything, he only offered to put some spray in the room to cover the smoke smell, The cleaning lady was also asking too many questions as if we knew each other for ages. The second day I was moved to another room by the manager, who was very polite and helpful: thank you, Sir. However, this did not change my opinion about this hotel: I will never come again here: rude staff who could not care less about any allergy / aesthma issues you could have and who had no idea / could not care less about customer services..

The kind and friendly staff specially in the reception and kitchen, they do their best to help despite their poor English language!. The old furniture, however it was not a critical point as long as the hotel overall is clean.
