Superb. Location and Breakfast. At first day there was misunderstanding with reception because of problem issue bed sheet. But after asking several times they solved it . Also this type of hotel using so cheap slippers ..

Absolutely Disappointing. Nothing I liked about this hotel.. My stay at this hotel was absolutely disappointing and one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The location is inconvenient, with no straightforward way to access the hotel. On top of that, the hotel charges for everything, even for an extra water bottle. Despite knowing we were staying with a child, they only provided two water bottles per day and refused to offer more with an additional charge. They even refused to send the food cutlery in the room. Service was very delayed. Almost take 2 hours to send anything in the room.
To make matters worse, they didn’t allow us to order baby food from outside and had no options for a baby-friendly menu. The overall experience was unpleasant, poor service, unhelpful staff, and nothing great to mention. I would rate this hotel 0 stars and would never recommend it to anyone.

Not bad, but should be better . Overall it was a positive experience but a few things could have been better.
The positives:
•The hotel was in a great location, a short walk from an outlet mall
•Staff were great, despite my poor Turkish (sorry)
•Gym was amazing for a hotel gym. Facilities were great, variety of machines and free weights.
Negatives
•Food options for Vegans were poor (despite being told there would be options)
• Moldy bread served during breakfast, staff apologised but didn't take the rest of the bread away.
• Split between two different rooms during the stay. 2nd room was pretty grim compared due to a very smelly toilet and bidet that didn't work.
•General cleanliness and condition in some parts could have been better.
•WiFi was very very slow and would drop out. TV unable to use channels as I presume it was running through the WiFi. Very very annoying hotel menu on the TV that wouldn't go away, had to get a workaround from google.
Would definitely consider staying in this hotel again, but I think a five star hotel should be better.. .
