My 5 days at the Bank hotel. Everything cool but …the me yes and everything written on cards etc et VERY LITTLE LETTERS ..and with the addition that the paper they use is brown it makes it much more difficult ti read it. Its a unusual that in the breakfast everything is included but … if you ask for a cappuccino they will charge it …😳. Nice hotel. Nice location ! . .

Great hotel to visit in Istanbul. For our first visit to Istanbul, this was the perfect location. Thanks to the excellent transport system everything is in easy reach. The hotel scores on every front. It is beautifully designed, the staff are helpful and attentive, the room is comfortable and with all the amenities you would expect from a quality hotel. A lovely surprise was the birthday cake produced for my wife. Definitely where we'd stay on a return visit.. .

Lovely place to stay near Galata Tower. Not the cheapest place to stay, but reasonable by western standards, especially given the high level of service in a classic, elegant building in an excellent location. The spa services - especially the packaging of massage and hammam - were wonderful (though, again, not very cheap by Istanbul standards). The breakfast was excellent and included made-to-order eggs. The room was very comfortable, with all the amenities one would expect in a high-end hotel. . .
