This hotel may be relatively older compared to other properties on Sheikh Zayed Road, but it offers a wide range of faci. I would rate this hotel positively because it includes everything you would expect from a good-quality stay. The property is very spacious and features several restaurants.
The breakfast is excellent, with great variety and high quality. The rooms are extremely clean, and even the exterior windows are spotless. Some rooms offer a stunning view of the Museum of the Future.
The swimming pool is of standard size — while it doesn’t have special features, it also overlooks the Museum of the Future, which adds a nice touch. The gym is well-equipped and adds to the overall comfort.
All staff members — especially those working in the breakfast restaurant — were polite, professional, and kind.
The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the metro station. Dubai Mall is just a 5-minute metro ride away.
Although the furniture is a bit outdated, the cleanliness, organization, and reasonable price make this hotel a truly worthwhile option.. .

Not a 5* hotel. The hotel is very dated and has seen better days. The rooms had a musky/ damp smell. The shower was poor. At least the beds were comfortable and AC working effectively. The breakfast was too repetitive and very busy and cramped for space. The staff did their best.. .

Never again. The mattress and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable, the room is old-fashioned and outdated, the bathroom has rotten boards behind the toilet, but worst of all is the breakfast... There is little choice and what they do have is of very poor quality. This is unacceptable in a 5-star hotel.. .

This hotel not good at all and I give it 3 stars not 5. The stuff in the restaurant ( su myat, sumilla, philip is friendly), air conditioning so bad in rooms, old fashioned hotel , there is no condition in the reception, the bathroom in the room is so bad. .
