With an abundance of places to stay in Alacati, this hotel will be on top of the list for our next visit. Very hospitabl. Great location. The downtown is just around the corner. Swimming pool with clear water that doesn’t dissolve your eyes with chlorine.. Some places in the room have layer of dust. Room wasn’t soundproof at all, so we woke up with early birds and sound of forks and spoons on the kitchen..

Everything was great and definitely recommended the hotel. From the staff to the food, From the location of the hotel to the welcoming everything was excellent.. Just need to add few things inside each room like a tv and complementary water, tea bags and Nescafé powders..

Exceptional. We loved our stay here! Celebrated our honeymoon and this boutique hotel made our stay perfect. The location is great, 2min walk from main strip but still very quiet and private at night time which was really nice. Pool is great, perfect temperature and very clean. Our room was very spacious and a nice view of the pool. They haven’t got an iron incase you’re needing one lol. Aircon was great especially after a hot day. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and very filling! Staff are so lovely and accomodating and we will 100% be recommending/going back as soon as possible! Thankyou. Our toilet had a small leak but we let them know and it was all okay, no issues there!.

Bad. The straff,
Defintely didnt like The owner, he will try to scam you if he can. The owner is such a bad person. If he can he will try to scam you, Im so dissapointes by way way The owner acted. I was with my mother and father in alacati when this happened:
Around midnight i was booking rooms for the next day, i was travelling with my mother, father and my brother. But something went wrong while booking, it might have been because of The time difference or whatever, but the date that got booked was The same day instead of The next day. Within seconds i wrote to The hotel and explaimed what happened, and sent a cancellation request. But The owner lied and said that The system dont allow it, even thought its built i to The system. I said i would happily pay for any extra fee. But he said no.
Since this was during midnight and the room was not going to get booked by anyone, i thought it must be a misunderstanding so i went to The hotel and I was met by kind hotel straff, he tried to help us but the owner who wasnt there was clear when speaking on The phone that he doesnt wish to adress the matter. We also suggested that we can pay extra if he just moves The date for one day, he said that we should pay for both days.
We ended up calling booking and explaining the situation, booking actually fixed The issue and booked us at The same hotel The next day. To our suprise The next day i got a message from the owner that they wont allow us to check in, because The price of The room went up, even thought we had confirmation from booking. I told The owner that thats between him and booking and that we already have a confirmation.
The owner suggested that we pay for our Rooms without booking.
You really cold tell that this was a money hungry owner that just wanted as many dollars as possible. I was with my parents, i didnt want drag them to a hotel to argue with The owner so we contacted booking to cancel The stay and they did that for us, and we ended up staying somewhere else..
