Definitely a No GO. Room & lobby look good & hotel is pretty new but poorly managed.. Very poor facilities with terrible access; bad smell in both room & overall area… terrible breakfast among the worst I have seem; unadapted pool… very noisy as walls are thin and could hear ppl fighting from the other room along with elevator & door opening all night….

Can’t wait to return to this gem. Really comfortable stay. Wonderful design. Really attentive staff. Loved the breakfast.. They have a proper coffee machine but no barista who knows how to use it.
Lack of English is a problem everywhere in the area including the hotel..

Great value quality new Hotel close to the Marina. Really friendly staff, big rooms, lovely pool and gardens.. Pillows weren't great, lots of steps may be an issue for some although the staff would run you up in a buggy without a problem..

Very calm and relaxing. Quite. They didn't bring us the daily free water and they took too long to bring us anything we wanted. Also, the robes that were supposed to be in the room for showering they took and didn't give to us again. The breakfast was horrible actually, my family and I didn't like it..

Exceptional. Friendly and prompt staff, clean and spotless and has great facilities. Not far away from beaches and alacati old centre but in a quiet location walking distance to the marina. The breakfast was lovely. The room was comfortable and the Turkish hamam and sauna was nice. Our four year old enjoyed both swimming in the adult and kids pool.. Would have liked to see more kids options for breakfast when the buffet is not on such as pancakes..
