Bad Hotel and bad service. We stayed here 4 nights in this hotel but 3 times they changed our room. Staff was very slow & not friendly also I can say very impolite and They were not responsive. When we arrived they give us wrong room and after 2 hours delay they changed our room. Second day we told them Refrigerator doesn’t work after checked they said you should change the room again, so third room air conditioner didn’t work but we didn’t changed again🤦🏼♀️. Room service also was very bad and just for one person gave anything , housekeeping just cleaned the room once in every two days, The sheets were not changed either, only if you protested, they would change the sheets. I will never choose this hotel again and told anyones it’s wrong choice…. .

Great location at Batumi. We had a pleasant stay at the Courtyard hotel. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and 15. We had a junior suite. Room was a bit small but good enough. Excellent location, friendly staff. A special thank you to Keti, front desk administrator for always trying her best to accommodate our needs.. .

That was good but i m not sure to stay here again.. Room was clean. Not noisy. Free useable things were in a good quality. Thats all.. Balcony seems like shared. Surly staffs. i have 2 kids although. Broken main entrance door, We used the normal door to entrence with my family members. Not only are the staff unhelpful, they don't even say hello. I think they distinguish people based on their appearance and wealth..

Excellent Stay with beautiful views of Black Sea. We recently stayed at the Courtyard Batumi and had an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch, but a special mention goes to Keti, who truly went above and beyond. Her warmth and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel itself is fantastic—modern, clean, and comfortable, with an amazing location right by the Black Sea and the Otium Casino is adjacent to the hotel.
If you're visiting Batumi, I highly recommend staying here. The combination of excellent service, especially from Keti, and the stunning views of the Black Sea makes it an unforgettable experience.. .
