terrace view is wonderful. Location is good - in the very centre of the city. The view from the terrace where breakfasts are served is really nice! The personal is trying to be friendly but dirty unkempt rooms, floors, dirty crockery and tables at the breakfast spoil the entire experience and impression. They definitely need to hire a team of cleaning staff!. The entire hotel is very dirty, the room was dirty when we arrived, we complained about it. The staff said they could do nothing about it and that they would clean the room the day after. But they didn't. Thanks god we booked only 2 nights. There have no cleaning at all! So we tried to focus on positive things and enjoy the city iteself, the beaches, the sea and spend minimum time at the hotel..

Bad. . Foxy and rude personal , no way you are the star Client of booking , they can sell your room to the other . Better to stay safe side and book the other place also . I booked and when I come to the hotel they said they tried to call and they wrote from what’s up ( in what’s up just they asked about check in time ) and they sold the room another without any information to hard situation when you think you booked the room but than you start to search another place at the evening ..

Bad. The room is terrible, the furniture is old, the bathroom door won't close. It's scary to go into the shower, the water won't come off. There is no wi-fi signal in the room. The hotel itself is old and scary, the breakfast is eggs/bread. The staff wrote the reviews themselves. No one in their right mind would give a good rate. .

Good location, friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay at Faik Hotel. All the staff were super friendly and tried their best to meet our needs! The location was amazing, less than a 5-minute walk from the castle! A special thanks to Benkoray, a member of the team who was very kind and helped us during our three days there. We can't wait to visit Çeşme again and have a Çay with Benkoray!. .
