Don’t stay - food poisoning amongst other problems. I want to start by saying I’ve never rated a hotel below 7 before. So giving this a 2 out of 10, shows how horrific this experience was. We attended casa nonna on our honeymoon, we were so excited by the beauty of the hotel. Unfortunately this was undone by the experience staying there.. Summary: don’t stay here. Terrible experience with staff and bad food safety processes. To start with we did a tour on arrival when a staff member said we were going to be upgraded - when we got back to reception we were told that was no longer the case and the room was lost? Weird, don’t over promise and under deliver. The next day we were sat poolside and realised a cocktail was minimum $30USD/$40AUD and was more than half ice. They should advertise the price on the menu, that’s ridiculous. We were able to get past this and embrace it for what it was. Then we got room service - we hadn’t left the premises all day and we ate the same things until dinner when my partner had the spaghetti - she had food poisoning and was violently ill for 3 days. They gave us a couple of bottles of complimentary water and offered a nurse visit for 700 euro. On check out, to our utter bemusement, we were charged for the room service meal that poisoned her. It was 6am and I needed to go to the airport so I paid it. I then sent a follow up email to dispute it, and the hotel said they wouldn’t refund the meal because they couldn’t “run an investigation” or “test the food” to see if they were at fault. Talk about leaving a bad taste in your mouth. Honestly don’t stay here - the staff were more concerned about getting money from people than providing quality care and service. A simple refund on the meal and acknowledgement of their poor food processes would’ve gone a long way to resolving our issues..

Perfect place to relax and unwind with beautiful views.. This property is just gorgeous. The proximity of the hotel to the beach and services can’t be beaten. It had such a wonderful atmosphere too. The staff were brilliant, catering to our every need. We were travelling with an elderly parent and the rooms we had were just perfect for her, which were changed on arrival when they saw she struggled to walk.. The cabanas are very expensive to hire and this was probably the view of many guests as they were always empty. But nothing else. It was lovely..

Casa Nonna team went out of their way to make my wife’s 50th birthday truly unforgettable. Thank you for your kindness a. Great location, beautiful views, very clean and comfortable rooms, outstanding service.. Noisy neighbours - became intrusive sometimes when the resort next door hosted events..

Exceptional. Nice Junior Suit with full sea view, good food, perfect service, wonderful beach, amazing sea view. Feels like you are somewhere in Italy.. .

Exceptional. Splendid view, spacious room, tidiness. Staff was a bit artificially friendly; constant noise from pool pump; gardeners yard next to the room (reduced privacy).
