Bad. The only good thing about this establishment is the location. You have direct access to the sea from a very beautiful beach and the nature surrounding the room/tiny house we were staying at was quite beautiful. The only nice thing about Zaya is the beach access, although there is loud techno music blasting even then and they try to market themselves as a peaceful and eco-conscious establishment.. This place is nothing more than a glorified beach club with some tiny houses places on its property. It's loud, it's chaotic, it's unclean. Our room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival and most towels we've received were soiled and of cheap quality. They are posing as an eco-conscious establishment and try to use the lack of hygiene with that excuse. The food and breakfast were very subpar also. Even though there were hardly any guests, the loud music often continued into the night. The staff and the hotel manager were absent for the most part of my stay, I had to go up to the bar area each time I wanted to order anything as the staff were practically ignoring me, and they only started interacting with me after I raised my concerns. Even then I had to have this long, drawn out conversation with the staff and the manager which just ended up disrupting my holiday. It really doesn't compare to the same price-range hotels of the region..
