The hotel is excellent in terms of comfort and cleanliness but is made exceptional by the friendliness of the staff. The rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast had extensive choice and the terrace restaurant had a beautiful view and beautiful food. .

Exceptional Customer Service with fond memories. This was my first visit to Istanbul and I was so impressed with the staffs. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. I normally don’t interact much but the staffs were so friendly and nice that I did not hesitate to ask questions. I needed to book the Bosphorus river cruise and they set it up for me.
YAGIZ- THE front desk officer was exceptionally helpful.
CENGIZHAN HAZAR helped me with my luggage.
Yalcin Kaya helped us with the airport taxi for lesser price.
I would definitely recommend everyone to stay in this location.. .

Worst breakfast and noisy rooms - Mixed Experience with a Memorable Turnaround. The hotel has a brilliant location, with easy access to the Beyazit tram, the Grand Bazaar, and Taksim. For anyone looking to explore Istanbul’s main attractions, this spot is incredibly convenient.
However, my experience at the hotel was mixed. The biggest issue was the language barrier, as most of the staff struggled with English, making communication difficult. Despite raising several concerns and complaints, they were not acknowledged or appreciated. From the moment I checked in, the service fell short—I wasn’t greeted, and there was no apology for failing to provide the benefits I was entitled to as a member.
My first night was terrible, and I seriously considered leaving the next morning. The breakfast was disappointing, my room was noisy, and there was no recognition of my membership status. Most frustratingly, as a coffeeholic, I rely on a good cup of coffee to start my day, but the hotel didn’t serve anything decent in that department.
To make matters worse, the WiFi was painfully slow, the shower was broken, and there were several other inconveniences that added to the frustration.
That said, I have to give credit where it’s due. Mr. Azim stepped in at the last minute and turned things around. Thanks to his efforts, what started as a disappointing stay ended on a positive note, and I left the hotel happy.
Would I stay here again? Probably not. While the location is excellent, the service and overall experience don’t meet the standards I expect.. .
