Great comfort great good snd fabulous staff. Have stated here many times and have always enjoyed my stay but this time the work going on was very noisy banging and drilling all day long above my room where I trying to rest!!!
Seems no loyalty at this hotel whereas NO discounts are offered

Full of brits but decent hotel. Food options were great and lots of seating available. Rooms were lovely. Can hear the adhaan from my room and the buildings all looked fancy. Alot of the activities and incentives such a 24hr snack cafe, some pools/slides were not available during my stay (march) because it's out of season. Staff preferred serving white Europeans over POC. I'm south asian so I was always overlooked but there were a few who were nice and helped..

Passable. Receptionist straight start to ask me for more money to upgrade my room. Wich I didn't ask... Noone explain where to go.... all they was expecting of me is more money. Wich is so bad when yust arrive. Food is ok. Room I get was without balcony(extra cost 20€ per day for balcony). Drink is very bad quality. Staff in hotel is friendly. But I'll wount come back! For that amount of money u can get better hotel. Unfortunately is not 5 stars. Maximum 3.. .

Not good. Location was good. I emailed before arriving stating that its our anniversary if theres anything complimentary they said they’ll sort it out for us. But when we arrived nothing happend. Poor staff, always on their phones not paying attention nothing. You go to reception they ignore you as there too husy on personal phones. The food was not good at all.
