Not horrible, but needs improvements. Perfect location - you’re right on the edge of the town and also a 2 min walk away from the bus station. The bathroom was spacious and had good hot water. There was also Netflix in the room. The hotel itself was cute overall.. There is no way they should be able to advertise having breakfast - maybe it’s because I’m American, but I don’t find bread, jam, and tomato to be breakfast, so my mom and I had to go out every morning for breakfast. Also, housekeeping needs to improve. When we first arrived it seemed they had done everything in a hurry - even the “fresh” towels on our bed were soaking wet! We had to say something and they apologized and replaced them but I mean, how do you not notice the towels are soaking wet when you’re laying them out for us? It seems the previous guests had left the “do not disturb” sign on the door so on our second day, our room wasn’t cleaned. I explained that I hadn’t put the “do not disturb” sign on the door, it must have been the previous guest, but that lack of attention to detail really bothered me. Also the staff just isn’t really helpful - I asked what beaches they recommend or are really popular and instead of helping me, they gave me the number to some girl who ended up trying to sell me beach club reservations and even said I can just transfer the money to her account … like what? I just wanted simple beach recommendations that’s all! How can the front desk not even be able to help with that?! Overall it wasn’t horrible, but there are def improvements to be made.
