Disappointing. . This hotel was very poor. The employees were very rude. Breakfast was late and they were irresponsible. Many times we had to call them for small needs and they were inattentive..

Unfortunately very poor value for money for the price of the room! It looks better on the photos than it actually is.. The hotel complex was nicely built, but is poorly maintained.
We had a positive experience with the staff - they were always polite and helpful.. The hotel is poorly maintained. The pool and outdoor areas are dirty and not cleaned regularly.
Our room was also far below our expectations. We slept in a room in the basement, which had a strong musty smell. When we arrived, we had to wait a bit longer before we could move into the room (even though we arrived after the check-in time) - it looked as if they had cleaned it very quickly while we waited. Unfortunately not thoroughly - there were stains on the comforters and the sink was dirty (see pictures). We weren’t comfortable.
Unfortunately, we always had to wait a long time for breakfast - it is only prepared (and sometimes even bought!) when you sit down at the table..

Exceptional. I was amazed by Izmir's historical and natural beauties. The city has a rich cultural heritage, with its ancient cities, museums, and historical structures being captivating. It also impressed me with its stunning beaches and natural landscapes. I had a great time enjoying wind-surfing and water sports in Alaçatı. The delicious cuisine of Izmir delighted my taste buds. Its rich and diverse culinary culture made my dining experience unforgettable. I collected many beautiful memories of Izmir, and I highly recommend everyone to visit this wonderful city. .
