Perfect stay. We ve been here 3times.It is value for money. Perfect location, near Konak,Kemeralti bazaar and Alsancak. You go everywhere by foot. But if you need a taxi there's a taxi piazza right outside of the hotel, on your right. Rooms are very big and are cleaned every day with care.But the mist important is the service. comfortable accomodation. The location is so excellent that accesses metro, tram and ship easily. The lobby man is very polite and helpful. room was so clean and equipped with necessary amenities. The variety of breakfast could be better although the price was so fair.

Short stay. Check in was quick and simple and with valet parking it was super easy. Service was great. The hotel is well positioned within walking distance for everything we wanted to see and do in Izmir. .

. The hotel was very nice, clean and modern. The front desk was very helpful abs friendly. Breakfast was plenty, more a Turkish breakfast, just not my style. The only complaint was the air-conditioning system hadn't been turned on yet, so the room got a warmer than i'd orefer.. .

Understaffed Fake Business Hotel.. The reception does not stock water so if you are leaving you need to take the water from the room with you or don’t expect the front desk to help you. He said if we want water we should go upstairs to the cafe and buy it from there. That’s how tight-fisted this hotel is.
On March 2nd around 6:30pm we called the front desk and asked for a towel and some food. Umut at the front desk said he was the ONLY person working at the hotel until 10:00 pm and he could not leave his desk. They are obviously understaffed and this was unexpected. Umut is actually very professional and he made our stay feel like home.
Housekeeping forgets to restock the toilet paper, doesn’t provide the correct amount of towels for a 2 person room and they forget to restock the small coffee packs in the room. The AC in the room is very loud and the wall-control unit is not programmed with the AC. It was a constant hassle to adjust the AC during the night getting up out of bed to then it on and off. The TV in the room is not connected to the internet so even though there are options like Netflix on the controller, none of the YouTube or internet browser options work. The reception again had only one employee the evening we asked for help and they never came up to your room. The housekeeping needs training. They forget to restock the toilet paper or only leave one half-roll. There are 2 people staying in this room so we just thought it was common sense but apparently the housekeeping doesn’t know what they are doing. March 4th, No Hot water. We couldn’t shower at the hotel that day. They kept saying it’s is being fixed but 3 hours later still only cold water. The next day there was no hot water either. In the evening we went to the bar/restaurant area to get some dinner and a drink; not surprised to see there were no employees and the door for the restaurant and bar was locked. We decided to end our stay after this disappointment. In addition to this, the hotel had no hot water in the showers for 2 days. Good luck to Ibos. Hope they can sort out their issues and welcome American tourists in the future. Be aware that it was not worth the price due to all of the untrained staff / understaffing and lack of hospitality training.. .
